Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIPS)
The Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) provides health coverage to eligible children, through both Medicaid and separate CHIP programs. CHIP is administered by states, according to federal requirements.
UHC Community Care
UHC Community plan is a supplemental plan to Medicare and Medicaid patients. The UHC Community Plan is available in select counties in the following states: Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Hawaii, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin.
