Crystal May
Co-Founder and COO of Devdent
Crystal is dedicated to helping dental practices be successful in dental sleep medicine and medical billing. With over 17 years of medical billing experience, 10 with an emphasis on dentistry, she is a leading educator on these topics. Having owned and managed multiple dental practices, she mastered the process of efficient implementation. She enjoys sharing her passion and knowledge with dental practices throughout the country.
Laurie Owens

Laurie brings over 18 years of experience in educating dental practices on billing medical insurance and the techniques to get claims paid. She believes that patients should be able to utilize their medical insurance for procedures due to oral systemic conditions. Through on-site training, medical billing courses, Seattle Study Club lectures, AADOM meetings, national dental meetings, ADA & AAOMS recording modules, and follow-up consulting, Laurie has assisted dental practices in successfully billing medical insurance to collect benefits that would have otherwise been unclaimed. Her training on medical billing has increased practice revenue and patient satisfaction.

Ryan P. Robinson

Dr. Robinson has taken over 1000 hours of continuing education courses in Craniofacial Pain and Sleep Breathing Disorders and has been personally mentored by the world’s leading airway clinicians. Dr. Robinson works with patients of all ages. He states, “It is extremely rewarding to help an adult enhance their quality of life by finding and treating the source of their issues. What’s even more powerful is treating children and having the opportunity to CURE their problems.” He goes on to say “Children are the most fun because with just a little intervention and therapy we can help the child grow and develop properly, saving them a lifetime of issues that otherwise would not have been identified. We focus on identifying these issues at a young age so we don’t ever have to treat them as an adult”.

Author, Trainer, Speaker
Dr. Campbell is an author, trainer, speaker at dental conferences, a contributor to various online dental communities, and dental coach/consultant. He has been dubbed “The Practice Whisperer”, which became the title of his first book as released in 2019. Ever an entrepreneur, Dr. Campbell purchased a second dental practice, in Garland, Texas in the fall of 2019.
Having gained a reputation as an expert in the complex area of dental insurance, Dr. Campbell’s new “moniker” is “The Dental Insurance Guy!” From understanding insurance to developing strategies to accelerate practice growth, Dr. Campbell delivers practical, actionable content that dentists and team members can use immediately. He dispels many of the myths and misinformation around today’s dental insurance policies and explains how to navigate the complexities of being an exceptional dentist, business owner, and leader while still having a life outside of work.
